TDG bucket elevator adopts EP conveyor belt as the traction component, draw out type feeding material, centrifugal or hybrid discharge material. General rubber belt is suitable for material temperature less than 80°C, the heat-resisting rubber belt is suitable for material temperature less than 120°C.
THG bucket elevator adopts high strength link chain as the traction component; draw our type feeding material, centrifugal or hybrid discharge material. Material temperature is less than 250°C.
TDG/THG bucket elevators with Sh type buckets are widely used in transporting dry, loose, and good fluidity powder, granular, block material; with Zh type buckets are widely used in transporting moist, caking, and bad fluidity powder, granular material.

6. Driven device adopts vertical shaft gearbox and fluid coupling, and also with backstop device. Make running steady;
7. Bottom adopts counterweight tension device, make itself automatic take-up, to avoid belt track slip and chain take-off;
8. Increase speed control sensor and mechanical level detector, It is matched by customized.
