We design, fit and manufacture complete bucket elevators using round steel chains, plate link chains, or belts as traction mechanisms.
NE type bucket elevator’s traction configuration is plate chain, which is used for vertically transporting powder, granular and block material, and also high grinding material, such as coal powder, slag, limestone, cement raw material, cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc. material temperature is less than 250°C.
1. NE type bucket elevator adopt plate chain, gravity discharge material;
2. Chain is the superior alloy steel high strength plate chain, wear-resisting and steady;
3. Adopt several kinds of driving groups to drive, there are maintains frame and guardrail on the driven platform;
4. There are rail and backstop, to prevent chain swing while running;
5. There install the anti-return rubber plate at the discharge outlet;
6. Bottom part has the self-tension device.
